下面我宣布一下比赛规则：
1、比赛从演讲内容、语言表达、形象风度、综合印象、会场效果等5个方面进行评比，将评出一等奖2名，二等奖4名，三等奖6名。
2、从全部评委打分中去掉一个最高分和一个最低分后的平均分作为选手的最后得分。
3、评委以百分制方式打分，现场公布分数和名次。
4、时间不得超过8分钟。
